- INITIAL INTAKE & INFORMAL INITIAL COMPETENCY SCREENING
- My Intake or Yours. Full Interview with Legal Documents or Simple Lead promoting to retain you!
- If Competency Issues arise during Intake, I do an Informal Initial Competency Review using Pennsylvania’s Department Of Human Services Mental Health Initial Competency Evaluation (1/2/19 ed.). Many jurisdictions require immediate action. Don’t leave Competency & Guilty/Mentally Ill off the table from even preliminary negotiations! Legal Advantage Interpreting, LLC is a subjective interpreter (not objective court-certified) and we can assist you in screening for this reality because we are focused on your case strategies!
- ATTORNEY & CLIENT STRATEGIC CASE MAPPING
- Not just interpreting, but Strategic Case Mapping. My Consulting focuses on Facts, Evidence, Witnesses, Bail, Immigration Status & Consequences, Client Sophistication, Communication & Cultural Awareness to consider in Client Testimony.
- PRISON & PERSONAL INTERVIEWS, STATEMENTS, EVIDENCE GATHERING
- I create Client & Witness Statements, Provide Assurances and Inspire Cooperation among Clients & Witnesses. I also Find Character Witnesses, & Gather Evidence (take photos, cell phone information, documents from clients and witnesses). I provide the Attorney with my Personal Assessment of Usefulness of Evidence and my Observations as we progress!

- Remotely or In-Person I Review Pleadings, Motions, Transcripts, Police Reports, Guilty Pleas, Diversionary Programs, Sentencing Guidelines, Sentencing Programs, Interrogation and MVR Recordings (with prison permission), Expungements, Immigration Applications. Whatever Document(s), I will make sure Clients Understand & Appreciate the Significance to the case so you can attend to other business! As a trial litigator, I will guide Clients on your instructions!
